As part of the Registration process,you will be asked to provide your specific consent for us to process yourPersonal Data, including Sensitive Personal Data relating to Ethnicity,Disability status and/or Religion (if provided).

We may collect and process TechnicalInformation about Your computer, including (where available) Your InternetProtocol Address, Login Information, Operating System and Browser Type andVersion. We collect this Information for System Administration purposes and toReport Aggregate Information on usage to other organizations (including ourprofessional body). When reporting to otherorganizations, we only disclose Statistical Data about the Browsing actions andPatterns of usage of our sites, which does not identify any individual by Nameor IP address or include any Data relating to an individual user.

Though we do not share any personaldata with third parties (e.g. marketing companies) for commercial, marketing orunsolicited communication purposes, we do need to share certain data (outlinedbelow) in order to maximize the Programs & courses’ benefits of providinginspiration, knowledge and skills to young people in the aim that their careersand futures are the best they can be.

Informationabout schools, colleges and other educational institute:

If you register with us as ateacher, principal, governor on behalf of a school, college or other educational institute for one of our Programs & courses, we may share some of yourpersonal information (i.e. your name and the name and location of yourinstitute) with third parties who are also registered with us in connectionwith the Programs (i.e. professional bodies) in order to introduce you topotential speakers and governors. We will not share your personal contactdetails, as all contact will be initiated through our website.

 

The InstitutionParticipation Data may include:

 Your institution’s name, address and localauthority and numbers of messages and details of any events that theinstitution has participated in through the Programs, the number of hours thathave been requested/used and any feedback that the institution/teacher hasprovided on the Programs & Courses. The Institution Participation Data willnot include any contact information relating to the individual teacher that hasregistered for the Programs on behalf of the school, college or similarinstitution although a teacher’s job title may be shared simply to allowinterpretation of reports.

We may also provide the InstitutionParticipation Data to funders of the Programs and other selected parties whocarry out work within the education sector and have an active interest in thePrograms (i.e. the institution’s local Council/Local Enterprise Partnership andrelevant government departments), solely so that they can monitor participationin and the success of the Programs & courses.

We may provide a participatingschool, college or similar institution with the Institution Participation Dataand the names of any of their staff who have registered for the Programs &courses.

 

Protectinginformation about you:

All information you provide to us isstored on secure cloud-based servers …………... Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannotguarantee the security of the information transmitted to our sites. Anytransmission will be at your own risk. Once we have received your information,we will use appropriate security features and procedures to try to preventunauthorized access.
